Dan is an experienced retail executive passionate about building successful teams, cultivating partnerships across the retail industry, and delivering growth for brands and retailers.

Prior to founding SoldThrough, Dan served as Chief Merchandising Officer at Lord & Taylor, where he led the transformation and relaunch of the iconic retail banner as digital only, leading Merchandising, Planning, and Digital Operations.
Previously, he spent 6 years at Century 21 Stores, an industry leading luxury off-price retailer, serving as Vice President / Divisional Merchandise Manager of Men’s, leading the team through a digital transformation, and leveraging close vendor relationships in both domestic and international markets to improve sales and profitability.
Dan began his career at Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue in various roles of increasing responsibility in Buying, Planning, and Digital Merchandising.
Rachel Horowitz
Vice President, Client Success
Rachel brings a wealth of expertise in buying, planning, and client success, complemented by a profound understanding of product knowledge and a distinguished track record working with top U.S. retailers in NYC.
At SoldThrough, Rachel leverages her extensive experience in leading client success initiatives and strategic buying and planning to support our growing organization.

Mackenzie Oddis
Senior Manager, Merchant Operations
Mackenzie brings a background in merchandising, e-commerce operations and account management to her role. Prior to joining SoldThrough, she led a Marketplace business, onboarding and managing over 100 sellers to drive growth.

At SoldThrough, Mackenzie continues to leverage her expertise as the Senior Manager of Merchant Operations, focusing on improving workflows, onboarding new clients, and building relationships.

In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys walking her dog, yoga classes, and spending time with friends and family.
